UDON WITH BEEF TERIYAKI AND BROCCOLI

  • 200g Mama San Sanuki Udon Noodles
  • 250g thinly sliced beef
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • Teriyaki sauce (store-bought or homemade)

  • Cook Mama San Sanuki Udon Noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  • In a pan, heat some oil over medium-high heat and stir-fry the thinly sliced beef until it's cooked to your liking.
  • Add the broccoli florets to the pan and stir-fry for a few minutes until they become tender.
  • Pour your favourite teriyaki sauce over the beef and broccoli, letting it simmer for a couple of minutes until it thickens.
  • Toss the cooked udon noodles into the pan and stir-fry everything together, ensuring the noodles are coated in that delicious teriyaki sauce.
  • Serve your Beef Teriyaki with Broccoli and Mama San Sanuki Udon Noodles hot, garnished with sesame seeds for an extra burst of flavour and crunch!
