  • Mama San Frozen Sliced Lotus Roots

Thaw the Lotus Roots:

  • Allow Mama San Frozen Sliced Lotus Roots to thaw according to the package instructions.

Pat Dry:

  • Once thawed, pat the lotus root slices dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.

Preheat Oil:

  • Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or a large, deep pan to around 180°C (350°F).

Repeat:

  • Repeat the frying process for the remaining batches of lotus root slices.

Cool:

  • Allow the Renkon chips to cool slightly before serving.

Serve:
