  • Mama san Sushi rice, cooked and seasoned with rice vinegar, sugar, and salt
  • Mama San Lotus Root Chips (recipe above)
  • Mama San Edamame Soy Beans
  • Mama San Seaweed Salad
  • Purple cabbage, thinly sliced
  • Avocado, sliced
  • Carrots, thinly sliced
  • Spinach leaves
  • Kewpie Mayonnaise
  • Soy sauce and sesame oil for dressing

Prepare the Base:

  • Start by placing a generous serving of sushi rice in the bowl as the base.
